Club 47 (C47) Club 42 (C42)

There is a one-time cleaning fee upon departure of a min of $100 charged to all rentals (whether you are staying a week or a month). Additionally, a security deposit of $ 500.00 will be charged for rentals of one week or less and $ 750.00+ for rentals of over 1 week*. All units come standard with Cable TV, paid utilities, membership to the Los Caballeros Racquet and Sports Club, towels, linens and standard kitchen house wares. It is important to remember that we are not a hotel and as such, we are not able to offer hotel amenities, such as room service, daily maid service, etc. These units (of which we have 3) are furnished condominiums that are maintained as models for our sales office at Los Caballeros. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay at Los Caballeros and the many amenities offered by our sports club and the surrounding city. Should you have any questions, please feel free to call.
